1. What Personal Data We Collect
We collect personal information solely when voluntarily submitted by you through our interactive booking system or callback consultation requests:
- Patient Identity Information: Full name of the patient undergoing diagnostic testing.
- Contact Information: 10-digit mobile phone number used for appointment verification, phlebotomist arrival notifications, and report delivery.
- Physical Address: House/flat number, road, and landmark within Gaya Ji city limits, collected exclusively when you opt for Doorstep Home Collection.
- Clinical & Investigation Details: Selected diagnostic tests or screening packages, preferred collection slot, doctor references, or voluntary clinical symptom notes.
- Prescription Uploads: Digital photo or PDF copy of the doctor’s medical prescription, provided voluntarily to verify recommended diagnostic tests.
- Technical & Storage Markers: We do NOT employ third-party advertising tracking cookies. Minimal local storage markers (
localStorageandsessionStorage) are utilized solely to prevent repetitive consultation popups once dismissed.
2. Lawful Basis & Specific Purposes of Processing
Under Section 6 of the DPDP Act 2023, personal data is processed solely for specific, legitimate healthcare and service fulfillment purposes based on your explicit consent:
Appointment Coordination
Scheduling laboratory slots, verifying patient details, and providing test-specific fasting or preparation guidelines.
Sample Pickup Navigation
Enabling certified phlebotomists to reach your address in Gaya Ji with sterile sample vacutainers.
Digital Report Delivery
Securely dispatching completed computerized pathology reports directly to your WhatsApp or email.
Clinical Recordkeeping
Maintaining accurate diagnostic audit records under Indian Clinical Establishment norms and medical ethics.
3. Data Transmission & Third-Party Processors
We do not sell, rent, monetize, or trade patient personal information. Data transmission is limited to essential technical service providers operating under strict operational necessity:
- Transactional Email Routing (Resend): Online test bookings and attached prescription files are encrypted in transit over HTTPS and transmitted directly to the clinical desk email inbox (
arogyasevamlabs@gmail.com) via the Resend API platform. - Patient Messaging (WhatsApp): Direct communication and test report PDF delivery requested by the patient via WhatsApp are transmitted under Meta’s end-to-end encryption protocols.
- Mapping Services (Google Maps): The embedded map on our contact section allows navigation to our GB Road laboratory and is served directly by Google LLC under their standard privacy terms.
- Zero Commercial Trackers: This application does not load Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, advertising beacons, or third-party behavioral profiling scripts.
4. Data Storage, Retention & Security Architecture
Our technical architecture prioritizes data minimization to prevent unauthorized exposure:
- No Public Cloud Database: We do not store patient contact lists, test orders, or prescriptions in an unauthenticated, publicly exposed online database. Once transmitted, booking notifications reside in the secure laboratory email system.
- In-Memory Processing: Prescriptions uploaded through the booking form are converted into secure memory buffers for direct dispatch to the clinical desk and are not permanently saved to the public web server directory.
- Transmission Encryption: All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is secured using modern TLS/HTTPS encryption.
- Retention Duration: Clinical diagnostic records and investigation receipts are retained in accordance with applicable medical council record retention guidelines and statutory healthcare regulations in India.
