The services referenced on this website are operated by AROGYASEVAM LABS (A Unit of Arogyasevam Labs and Healthcare LLP), located at GB Road, Beside Din Dulari Nursing Home, Opposite Shyam Sunder Complex, Gaya Ji, Bihar 823001, India.

2. Test Booking & Appointment Requests

When submitting a test or package request through our online booking interface:

• Inquiry Status: An online booking submission constitutes an appointment inquiry. Final confirmation is established after our diagnostic desk contacts you to verify patient availability, location, and test preparation.
• Patient Responsibility for Fasting: Certain biochemical and metabolic investigations (e.g., Fasting Blood Sugar, Lipid Profile) mandate a strict 10–12 hour overnight fasting protocol. Failure to observe required fasting intervals may invalidate test parameters.
• Accurate Contact Information: You must supply a valid, active 10-digit mobile phone number. Our desk relies on this number to confirm appointments, dispatch technicians, and transmit verified digital reports.

3. Doorstep Sample Collection Terms

For doorstep home collection requests within Gaya Ji:

• Service Coverage: Doorstep collection is coordinated within municipal limits of Gaya Ji and nearby connected localities. Specific technician arrival windows are subject to scheduling and neighborhood routing.
• Hygienic Environment: Patients must ensure a safe, well-lit, and reasonably clean indoor environment for our certified phlebotomists to conduct safe venipuncture and sample handling.
• Sample Viability: Biological samples (blood, urine, swabs) must be preserved in specialized temperature-regulated sample carriers immediately upon withdrawal. Our technicians adhere to strict clinical transport protocols.

4. Doctor Prescriptions & Acceptable Document Uploads

Our booking system allows patients to upload copies of doctor prescriptions:

• Document Authenticity: You represent that any uploaded prescription is an authentic medical document issued by a qualified medical practitioner.
• Acceptable File Types: Uploads must be in standard image format (JPEG, PNG) or Adobe PDF, and must not exceed 15 megabytes (15 MB).
• Prohibited Uploads: You may not upload malicious code, executable scripts, offensive material, or files belonging to unrelated third parties.

5. Pricing & Payment Terms

We maintain transparent pricing for all diagnostic investigations:

• Payment Timing: Diagnostic fees are payable upon sample collection — either at our laboratory counter on GB Road or directly to our phlebotomist during home collection.
• Accepted Payment Modes: We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), cash, and major debit/credit cards.
• No Hidden Charges: All prices quoted for health packages are inclusive of standard diagnostic reporting.

6. Report Delivery & Archival

Completed investigations undergo multi-stage quality review before release:

• Digital PDF Delivery: Computerized reports are delivered directly to your registered WhatsApp number or email address as an encrypted/signed PDF.
• Physical Signed Reports: Printed signed physical reports can be collected from our laboratory counter during working hours (7:00 AM – 8:00 PM).
• Turnaround Times: Routine tests are delivered in 6–12 hours. Specialized investigations (cultures, specialized biopsies, specific endocrine markers) may require 24–48 hours.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms, contracts of service, and any claims arising from diagnostic investigations provided by Arogyasevam Labs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of India.

Any legal disputes or proceedings arising out of or in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive territorial jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gaya Ji, Bihar, India.
